Usage Notes
Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over an infusion bag of calming tea for a cup of tea and leave covered for about 10 minutes.
Gently squeeze out the infusion bag and remove.
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink one or two freshly prepared cups of tea regularly in the morning and evening.
