Usage Notes

Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over an infusion bag of bitter tea for one cup and leave covered for about 10 – 15 minutes.

Gently squeeze out the infusion bag and remove.

Unless otherwise directed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day half an hour before meals.
