Instructions for use
Take 1/2 – 1 tablet whole daily with a meal with sufficient liquid.
Take 1 tablet if you have an increased magnesium requirement due to high physical strain at work and in sports combined with a diet low in magnesium.
If the diet is simply unbalanced, take 1/2 tablet.
