To take it, you only have to dissolve the Glauber’s salt in water.

The saline laxative can help you feel better again – so you can start the day full of energy.

Usage Notes

Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.

The recommended dose is: Unless otherwise prescribed, adults drink 2 to 4 teaspoons (10 to 20 g) dissolved in approx. 250 ml water.

1 to 2 tablespoons (20 to 30 g) dissolved in approx. 500 ml of water are drunk for rapid bowel emptying.

Children over 6 years receive half the dose.
