Application and use
One to two shakes a day depending on your training goal to cover your daily protein needs. Ideally take after a workout or in the morning.
Storage and use conditions
Store the product in a cool, dry, dark place and sealed in the original container.
Preparation
Stir 30 g of powder into 300 ml of water per serving. Preferably prepare in a shaker.
