Original from a Naturland cultivation cooperative in northern
Thailand made according to a traditional recipe perfect base for classic Pad Thai and spicy curries
For our dmBio rice noodles, we use rice that is grown by Naturland-certified smallholders in northern Thailand.
The rice noodles are made there according to a traditional recipe.
Broken rice, which is obtained during the production of long-grain rice, is used to make the noodles.
With their authentic taste, the dmBio rice noodles are the perfect basis for classic Pad Thai as well as for spicy curries, sweet and sour wok dishes or fresh salads with crunchy vegetables and rice vinegar.
