The GreenDoc® Melatonin 1.8 mg sustained-release capsules help to shorten the time it takes to fall asleep*, which is disrupted by stress, hormonal changes or shift work, thanks to the high-dose melatonin they contain.
The time-delayed release of melatonin enables a supply for up to 8 hours.
After taking the sustained-release capsule, 1 mg of melatonin is released, which shortens the time it takes to fall asleep.
During sleep, an additional 0.8 mg of melatonin is gradually released.
