Application and use

Spread frei öl® figure oil on the thigh. Start massaging above the knee and take the skin of the thigh between your thumb and index finger. Then gently pull it away from the muscles.

Spread some oil on the bent leg and rub it in from the knee, over the thigh to the bottom, using light, even pressure. Always massage towards the heart.

Spread some frei öl® figure oil on your stomach and circle the navel alternately to the left and right with the palms of your hands. Finally, gently pull the abdominal tissue.
