These are carefully crushed, gently dried and then cold-pressed into coconut oil.

Due to its high heat stability, our coconut oil is ideal for frying, cooking and baking and, with its mild taste, can be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen.

Our dmBio coconut oil has a solid consistency up to approx. 25 °C.

If the temperatures are higher, the oil becomes liquid.

Quality and taste are not affected by this.
