Usage Notes
Indications for cold application:
bruises, sprains, strains, bruises, headaches, migraines, tennis elbow, fever, inflammation of muscles and joints, pain relief, first degree burns, insect bites, sunburn.
Indications for heat application:
lumbago, abdominal pain, sore muscles, menstrual cramps, back pain, tension.
Contraindications for consumers: Do not use in: limited temperature sensitivity, peripheral circulatory disorders, Raynaud’s syndrome, taking painkillers, in children under 3 years of age, on damaged skin, on open wounds
