Conditions of storage and use

Please close the packaging again immediately after removal.

Store dry and protect from heat preparation Stir 30 g powder (= 3 heaped tablespoons) per portion into 300 ml low-fat milk (1.5% fat) with a whisk or prepare in a shaker.

Please weigh for exact dosage.

First fill the milk and then the powder into the container so that the powder can dissolve well.

Bon appetit! RECOMMENDED USE: Depending on physical activity, we recommend up to 3 servings a day.

For endurance sports: 1-2 portions a day, at least 1 hour before training.

For strength training: 2-3 servings a day, ideally with meals and up to 2 hours before and after training.
