preparation Stir 30g powder (approx. = 3 tablespoons) into 200 ml water with a whisk or prepare in a shaker.
First fill the water and then the powder into the container so that the powder can dissolve well.
Alternatively, you can stir the serving amount (30g) into 250ml low-fat milk.
