Usage instructions

Chew 4 tablets 3 times a day. The positive effect occurs with a daily intake of 12g chicory inulin (corresponds to 12 tablets). Chicory inulin contributes to normal intestinal function by increasing stool frequency. Alternatively, to support an already high-fiber diet, chew 6 tablets throughout the day. Please make sure you drink enough fluids.
