Instructions for use
Apply sunscreen liberally before going outside.

Use sunscreen with a high sun protection factor (at least SPF 30).
Even sunscreens with high sun protection factors do not offer complete protection against UV rays.
Excessive sunbathing increases the risk of cancer in the long term and can lead to premature skin aging.
Do not apply to open areas of skin.
Avoid eye contact.
