Our bones are constantly renewing themselves and therefore need to be supplied with sufficient nutrients. Vitamins K2 and D3 are an important duo for bone maintenance. Vitamin D3 serves, among other things, as an “installation aid” for the bone mineral calcium absorbed from food.

One tablet of tetesept Vitamin K2 + D3 2700 contains 80 μg vitamin K2 in the biologically active all-trans form menaquinone-7 (MK-7). This high-quality form of vitamin K2 has a high bioavailability and can therefore be absorbed particularly well by the human body. It also contains 2700 IU (=67.50 μg) vitamin D3.

Application

Take 1 tablet once a day with plenty of liquid and swallow it whole. We recommend taking it with a meal.
Notes
Do not consume any other preparations containing vitamin D. People who take anticoagulant drugs (coumarin type) should consult their doctor before consuming food supplements containing vitamin K.
