Application areas:

Treatment of gastroesophageal reflux disease to reduce associated symptoms such as heartburn, heartburn during pregnancy, reflux osoephagitis, acid regurgitation, indigestion, cough and larynx-pharyngitis.

mechanism of action:

The product is based on sodium alginate and carbonates and a physical mechanism of action. Once in contact with the acidic pH conditions in the stomach, sodium alginate (a natural polymer derived from brown algae) forms a gel.

At the same time, the carbonates release carbon dioxide, which allows the gel to float and form a protective layer that acts as a physical barrier to prevent gastric juice from flowing back up the esophagus. Sodium bicarbonate also ensures that stomach acid is reduced.

Application Notes:

Adults and children over 12 years: take 1 to 2 sachets after meals and at bedtime. Shake well before taking.
