Folio basic 2-Pregnancy & Breastfeeding 90 tablets
Folio 2 basic contains four important ingredients: folic acid, vitamin B12, vitamin D3 and iodine.
Folio 2 basic (Phase 2) provides the ideal amount of folic acid with 400 micrograms of folic acid from the 13th week of pregnancy until the end of breastfeeding.
The vitamin is particularly needed because it plays an essential role in cell division and the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy.
Folic acid is combined with vitamin B12 in the Folio 2 basic tablets.
There is an important reason for this: folic acid (B9) can only develop its full effect in the presence of vitamin B12.
Vitamin B12 is therefore also referred to as the “helper vitamin” of folic acid.
Vitamin D3 supports the maintenance of normal bones and muscle functions and contributes to a normally functioning immune system.
The vitamin D3 in the Folio 2 basic tablets is obtained from sheep’s wool and then purified to such a high level that no traces of animal DNA can be detected.
Last but not least, Folio 2 basic contains iodine – an important mineral that is essential for the production of thyroid hormones and the function of the thyroid gland.
Iodine also supports the normal functions of the nervous system and energy metabolism.
The mini tablets are free of nanoparticles, lactose, fructose, gluten, preservatives, colors and flavors.

Recommended consumption:
From the 13th week of pregnancy, take one tablet daily.
