Mivolis Vitamin B Complex Depot contains all eight B vitamins. These cannot be formed by the body itself and can only be stored to a small extent. The special time depot supply ensures that the vitamins are released with a delay and are thus available to the body for a longer period of time.
Vitamins B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin and biotin support the energy metabolism and contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system. Pantothenic acid is involved in the synthesis of some neurotransmitters (messenger substances of the nervous system).
Folic acid contributes to normal blood formation. The vitamins B2, B6, B12, niacin, folic acid and pantothenic acid support tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 support the formation of red blood cells. Take 1 capsule daily with liquid (e.g. 1/2 glass of water). The recommended daily intake must not be exceeded. The product is not suitable for pregnant women.

This product contains 150 μg biotin per daily dose (1 capsule). If you are going to have a laboratory test, tell your doctor or laboratory staff that you are taking or have recently taken biotin, as biotin can affect the results of such tests.
