Ingredients
89% WHEY PROTEIN (56% WHEY PROTEIN ISOLATE, 33% WHEY PROTEIN CONCENTRATE), 8% low-fat cocoa powder, emulsifier (lecithins), flavoring, salt, rapeseed oil, thickeners (guar gum, xanthan), sweeteners (acesulfame K, sucralose). May contain traces of EGG and SOY.

Application and use
Depending on your physical activity, we recommend up to 3 portions a day.
For endurance sports: 1-2 portions a day at least 1 hour before training.
For strength training: 2-3 portions a day, preferably with meals and up to 2 hours before and after training. Important: And don’t forget to eat a balanced and varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle!
After removing the powder, please close the packaging immediately.
Storage and usage conditions
Store in a dry place and protect from heat.
Preparation
Add 30g of powder (3 heaped tablespoons) per serving to 250 ml of low-fat milk (1.5% fat) or 200ml of water and prepare your protein drink in a shaker or blender.
Tip: First pour the liquid and then the powder into the container, then it dissolves better.
