Ingredients

peppermint, 35g; Dandelion, 20g; Javanese turmeric, 15g; Yarrow herb, 10g

Usage instructions

Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over an infusion bag of bitter tea for one cup and let it steep, covered, for about 10 – 15 minutes.

Squeeze out the infusion bag and remove it.

Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day half an hour before meals.
