The GRÜNSPECHT organic neck pillow is a pillow that is used for quick heat application to the neck or shoulders.

The neck pillow is made of cotton willow and is filled with rapeseed.

The seeds are ideal sources of heat and store it for a long period of time.

Warnings

It is essential to follow the heating instructions given, as longer times or higher energy outputs can lead to damage (risk of ignition and burns!).

Before heating the pillow in the microwave, check that heating grain products is permitted in the manufacturer’s instructions for use.

Pillows should only be heated by an adult under supervision and not when wet!

Allow the pillow to cool down before heating again!

The product should never be used as a pillow or seat.

Please consult a doctor if symptoms persist or worsen.

Do not use the pillow in the case of acute or chronic, inflammatory or feverish illnesses, circulatory problems, fresh hematomas, bruises and open wounds, or in people with reduced sensitivity to pain.

If you have existing skin, heart, vein, diabetes or tumor diseases, or are pregnant, please consult a doctor before use.

Make sure the seams are intact! Loose rapeseeds pose a risk of swallowing and suffocation!

If seams have opened and loose seeds are leaking out, dispose of the product and the loose seeds immediately and out of reach of children.

All serious incidents that have occurred in connection with the product must be reported to the manufacturer and the relevant authority in the country in which the user is established.

Instructions for use

Before warming the pillow, check for an unusual smell, mold or burn marks and dispose of them immediately if they are present.

There are the following options for heating:

• Heat in an unheated oven at max. 110 °C for max. 5 minutes

• Heat in the microwave at max.

300 watts for max.

2 minutes (follow the instructions from the microwave manufacturer!).

If the product is not warm enough, extend the heating in 15-second increments at the specified wattage under personal supervision up to a maximum temperature of 48° C.

• Place on a lukewarm radiator or tiled stove for a longer period of time.

Immediately after heating, distribute the heat evenly in the pillow by shaking!

The first few times it is heated, a slight build-up of moisture may occur on the surface, but this will disappear with repeated use.

Storage instructions

Do not wash the organic neck pillow to prevent rot/mold formation!

Store the product in a dry place!
