Usage instructions

In acute cases, the use of 3 hazelnut-sized portions per day for 11 days is recommended.

For prevention and general health maintenance of the vaginal flora, one portion every 2-3 days and before/after sexual intercourse, swimming, bathing, etc. is usually sufficient.
