Store protected from light and moisture.
Preparation
Always pour boiling water on top and let it steep covered for at least 10 minutes! This is the only way to get safe food! Take 1 tea bag of fennel-anise-caraway tea per cup (approx. 150-200 ml of water) and remove it after the specified steeping time. The tea tastes warm or cold, preferably without sugar. We recommend drinking 3-5 cups of tea throughout the day.
