Application and use

For use in the mouth, dilute 5 ml (approx. 1 teaspoon) of concentrate with 100 ml of water and rinse your mouth with it or use it to gargle.

For use on the skin, dilute 15 ml (approx. 1 tablespoon) with 500 ml water and gently rub off the stressed skin with a clean cloth.

For hair care, dilute 15 ml (approx. 1 tablespoon) with 500 ml water and rinse the hair with it.

Use 45 ml (approx. 3 tablespoons) for full baths. For partial baths, dissolve 30 ml (approx. 2 tablespoons) of concentrate in 1 liter of water.

100 ml concentrate for rubbing in, rinsing and caring for the skin.

Ingredients

Chamomilla Recutita Flower Extract (Aqua, Alcohol denat., Chamomilla Recutita, Ammonium Hydroxide).

Contains 40% alcohol by volume.

Warnings

Not intended for consumption. Do not get in or use near eyes. Always tightly closed and store at room temperature. Not suitable for infants and Children under the age of 12. Do not use undiluted. Do not use if you are hypersensitive to daisy family (e.g. chamomile).
