Usage instructions
For one cup of tea, pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over a thyme tea tea bag and cover and let it steep for 10-15 minutes.
Squeeze out the infusion bag and remove it.
Unless otherwise prescribed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea several times a day.
