Indications:

• Internal Use: Recommended for addressing cramps and inflammatory conditions in the gastrointestinal area.
• External Use: Suitable for addressing skin and mucous membrane inflammations, bacterial skin diseases, including oral cavity and gum issues. Also beneficial for inflammatory conditions and irritations of the airways, especially in the form of inhalations.

Usage Instructions:

For Internal Use (Tea Consumption):

• Infuse one tea bag in hot water (150 ml) for 5-10 minutes.
• Drink the prepared tea up to 3 times a day.

For External Use (Skin and Mucous Membrane Inflammations):

• Prepare a stronger infusion by steeping two tea bags in a smaller amount of hot water.
