NADURIA organic psyllium husks
This superfood really has nothing to do with fleas.
The name comes from the fact that the fruit of the psyllium has two small, reddish-brown, shiny seeds that are reminiscent of fleas.

DANGER WARNING
Consume immediately after preparation with plenty of liquid.
Instructions for use
Stir a level teaspoon (approx. 3 g) into at least 200 ml of liquid twice a day.
Allow to swell for 2 minutes and drink.
Then drink 1-2 more glasses of water.
For children aged 6 to 12, one teaspoon per day is recommended.
