Rummo’s whole grain linguine is made exclusively from 100% Italian organic whole grain durum wheat. The special manufacturing process creates a bronze-drawn Pasta with an exceptional consistency and a rough surface to which the sauce sticks better. Put the linguine in plenty of boiling, salted water (1 liter of water per 100g of pasta) and let it boil gently for about 13 minutes until the linguine are “al dente”. Stir occasionally. Then drain and toss in a little butter or oil to taste. Ideal as a main dish with pasta sauces or as a side dish with meat, Fish and vegetables, for casseroles or pasta salad.
