The Dobensana® honey & lemon lozenges serve as a supportive treatment for inflammation of the throat mucosa, which is accompanied by typical symptoms such as sore throat, redness or swelling. They are ideal for early sore throats and the first scratchy throat. It offers effective relief from sore throats and fights pathogens in the throat. They have the two antiseptic active ingredients dichlorobenzyl alcohol (DCBA) and amylmetacresol (AMC), which strengthen each other synergistically.

Usage instructions

Unless otherwise prescribed by the doctor, children aged 6 and over and adults take a lozenge every 2-3 hours if necessary and let it slowly dissolve in the mouth. The daily dose should not exceed 8 lozenges. Important: If the symptoms last longer than 3 days and/or are accompanied by a high fever, nausea or vomiting, please contact your doctor.
