Instructions for use:

Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over two tea bags for one cup of throat and throat tea and leave covered for about 10 – 15 minutes.

Gently squeeze out the infusion bag and remove.

Unless otherwise directed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea 3 to 4 times a day.
