Instructions for use
Duration of use: If symptoms persist for more than two weeks or recur periodically, consultation with a doctor is recommended. If you have any questions regarding use, please consult your doctor or pharmacist. Contraindications: None known. Interactions: None known. Dosage instructions and method of use: Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over 1 infusion bag of Sleep and Nerves tea for 1 cup of tea, cover, and let steep for about 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the infusion bag and remove. Unless otherwise directed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea 2 to 3 times daily and before going to bed. Side effects: None known.
