The vitamin C contributes to normal collagen formation for normal cartilage and bone function, while vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of normal muscle function and normal bones. At the same time, vitamins C, E and zinc help to protect the cells from oxidative stress. Finally, copper contributes to the maintenance of normal connective tissue.
