Application and use

Depending on physical activity, we recommend up to 3 servings daily.

For endurance sports: 1-2 servings a day, at least 1 hour before training.

For strength training: 2-3 portions a day, ideally with meals and up to 2 hours before and after training.

Important: And don’t forget to eat a balanced and varied diet and lead a healthy lifestyle!

After removing the powder, please close the packaging again immediately.

Storage and use conditions

Store in a dry place and protect from heat.

Preparation

Add 30g of powder (3 heaped tablespoons) per portion to 300 ml of low-fat milk (1.5% fat) or water and prepare your protein drink in a shaker or blender.

Tip: First pour the liquid and then the powder into the container, then it dissolves better.
