Kneipp® nettle dragees contain 35.0 mg dry Extract per dragee corresponding to approx. 192 mg nettle leaves and 185 mg nettle leaf powder. 1 dragee corresponds to approx. 377 mg nettle Leaves. A tip: Sufficient fluid intake (at least two liters a day) supports the effect significantly!

Instructions for use
Adults and adolescents from the age of 12 take 1 to 2 coated tablets three times a day before meals with sufficient liquid, preferably a glass of water (250 ml).
