Instructions for use
Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: To aid sleep, take 1 coated tablet ½ to 1 hour before bedtime.
To improve well-being during nervous stress, 1 coated tablet up to 3 times a day.
A maximum of 4 coated tablets daily.
