Instructions for use

Apply the cream to the skin several times a day as needed and massage in well.
The amount of cream to be used varies depending on the skin area. We recommend applying a 4 cm long strip of cream for an area of ​​8 cm x 8 cm, or less for smaller areas.
When spreading and massaging in the Klosterfrau Arnica cream, a white film initially forms on the skin, which is absorbed into the skin as the cream is massaged in further.
After use, please wash your hands under running lukewarm water.
