medicinal tea cough and bronchial with symptoms of bronchitis
For symptoms of bronchitis and to relieve irritation in catarrh (slight inflammation of the mucous membranes) of the upper airways with a dry cough.
Ingredients
Ribwort plantain herb, 40g, licorice root, 25g, bitter fennel, 15g, thyme, 10g, marshmallow leaves, 5g, Icelandic moss, 5g.
Usage Notes
Pour boiling water (approx. 150 ml) over an infusion bag of cough and bronchial tea for a cup of tea and leave covered for about 10 minutes.
Gently squeeze out the infusion bag and remove.
Unless otherwise directed, drink a freshly prepared cup of tea several times a day.
