Usage Instructions:

For Adults and Adolescents (12 years and older):

• Internal Use: Take 2-4 drops three times a day on sugar or diluted in a glass of warm water.
• Inhalation: Add 3-4 drops to hot water for inhalation.

For Adults and Children (4 years and older):

• External Use (Respiratory Tract Colds): Rub a few drops onto the skin of the chest and back 2 to 3 times a day.
• External Use (Rheumatic Complaints/Muscle Pain): Apply a few drops onto the affected skin areas 2 to 3 times a day.
• Inhalation (Children 4-12 years): Add 2-4 drops to hot water.
