Instructions for use

Dissolve one effervescent tablet daily in a glass of water (200 ml) – refreshes and tastes good.

If you have an increased magnesium requirement, take two effervescent tablets spread over the day.

The daily intake must not be exceeded.

Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Can have a laxative effect.

If you have impaired kidney function, you should consult a doctor before consumption.

Avoid other sources of magnesium or foods fortified with magnesium.

This product is not suitable for children and young people.
