Our dmBio whole grain spaghetti are carefully made in Italy from 100% Italian whole grain durum wheat semolina using a traditional process. All Components of the grain layers are still contained in our whole grain spaghetti.
The pasta dough is pressed through traditional bronze molds. This gives the pasta a rougher surface that absorbs sauces particularly well. Our Whole grain spaghetti is ideal for casseroles or pasta salads. They are especially enjoyable with our fine dmBio pasta sauces or pestos.

Preparation
Put the pasta in plenty of boiling, salted water (1 liter of water per 100 g of pasta) and let it boil gently for about 8-9 minutes until the pasta is “al dente”. Stir Occasionally. Then drain and toss in a little butter or oil to taste.
