Our dmBio whole grain spaghetti are carefully made in Italy from 100% Italian whole grain durum wheat semolina using a traditional process. All Components of the grain layers are still contained in our whole grain spaghetti.
The pasta dough is pressed through traditional bronze molds. This gives the pasta a rougher surface that absorbs sauces particularly well. Our Whole grain spaghetti is ideal for casseroles or pasta salads. They are especially enjoyable with our fine dmBio pasta sauces or pestos.
