Usage instructions

Important note: Always pour boiling water on top and let it steep for at least 5 minutes.

Pour approx. 150-200ml of boiling water into an infusion bag, let it steep for 5-10 minutes, squeeze the bag gently and remove it.

We recommend adults drink 2 cups throughout the day and children aged 12 and over 1 cup.
