How does the scent of jasmine flowers actually get into the tea? The special feature lies in the layering of the freshly harvested classic green tea leaves together with the delicately scented jasmine flowers. This process, in which the incomparable scent of the flowers is transferred to the delicate tea leaves, is called “marriage”. This gives the tea its typical sweetness and at the same time fine-tart note. Enjoy the tea pure, refined with a little lemon or lightly sweetened with honey or raw cane sugar.
