Always pour the tea with boiling water and let it steep for at least 5 minutes. This is the only way to get safe food.

Organic herbal tea Ingredients: 27% green oats*, 18% lemon balm*, 12% peppermint*, 12% elderflower*, 7% orange blossom*, yarrow*, apple mint*, blackberry leaves*, dandelion leaves*, lime blossom*, ribwort plantain*. *from organic farming. 

Preparation

Pour boiling water over one tea bag per cup or glass (200 ml), let it steep for 5-8 minutes and stir.
