For our dmBio Dinkel Spirelli we use spelled from Naturland-approved cultivation in Germany. This gives them their delicate, nutty taste. Our spelled spirelli are carefully produced according to a traditional recipe in a German family business. They can be perfectly combined with our dmBio tomato sauces or pestos. They are also delicious in hearty casseroles and salads.

Preparation
Add the pasta to plenty of boiling, salted water and cook for about 4-6 minutes. Stir occasionally. Then drain and toss in a little butter or oil to taste
